Quotes for Certified Translations

  • If you are on a tight deadline, please contact me at jm@trujillolanguageservices.com to make sure that I am available before sending your documents and information.
  • For a quote, e-mail a scanned copy of your Spanish-language documents. In the body of your e-mail, please include your name and phone number, the address to which you would like the translations mailed, and any special instructions.
  • I will respond to you with an exact quote and a turnaround time. Quotes are free and non-binding. For translations of three or fewer pages, turnaround time is normally two business days.
  • For standard documents such as birth, marriage, and death certificates, I charge a flat rate of $75 per page. This rate includes a notarized certificate of accuracy with my ATA-Certified Translator seal.
  • Payment is in advance, by PayPal or check. PayPal allows you to pay by credit card, checking account transfer, or PayPal balance. If you pay by check, turnaround time begins when I receive your check.
  • My fee includes mailing your translations and the notarized certification by regular postal mail. If you need your translations faster, I can send them by FedEx, Priority Mail, or a similar service and bill you for the cost.
  • If necessary, I can also send your translations to a third party, such as an international credentials evaluation service, college or university admissions office, etc.
  • Please note: I cannot give US equivalents of grades, degrees, or credentials earned in Latin America or Spain. You will need to contact a credentials evaluation company for that service.
